Order Receipt

order confirmation that you received via e-mail serves as your
official receipt.
Change Orders
You
may request a change to your order, provided your order has not
already been processed and shipped. Please call during business hour
to change your order or email us at sales@cobra-radardetectors.com
Payment Methods
We accept several
methods of payment. All of the transaction you make on our site are
100% secure. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards.
You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure
server, which encrypts all submitted information.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is only
required for orders shipping within our resident state. Therefore,
all orders shipping within Arizona will be charged the
applicable sales tax.
Order Tracking
Use your order number
(stated in the confirmation email) to track the status of your order.
Out of Stock Items
If your have purchased
an item that is out of stock, you will promptly be notified by a
Customer Service representative who will provide you with options to
fulfill your order.
Shipping
International Orders
Currently we do not ship internationaly. Orders can only be shipped within the United States and Puerto Rico.
Orders Never
Received
If you have tracked your order from our order
tracking page and have not received your order within 5 business days
of its scheduled delivery date, please contact us at sales@cobra-radardetectors.com
Refused Shipments
Refused
shipments are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus return freight. If
a customer wishes to cancel an order (provided it is not a special
order product), it is the responsibility of the customer to cancel
the order prior to the product being shipped. If a customer cancels
an order after product has been shipped, the refused shipment or
return will be subject to a 25% restocking fee plus return freight.

We
provide you shipping costs for all shipping methods when you are
viewing items in the shopping cart on the checkout page.
Returns
30 Day Return Guarantee
If
you have any problems with your product within 30 days of purchase
date we will be happy to replace it with a new product of the same
model. If you need a replacement unit, send an explanation of what is
wrong with the product in an email to sales@cobra-radardetectors.com
and request an RMA number. We will reply with the RMA number and
information on how to return your defective product.
If
a return is necessary due to a defect, we offer the option of paying
for your shipping charges to return the item. When you email us to
request an RMA number, let us know if you would prefer that we pay
the shipping. In these cases, we will mail you a return shipping
label when the RMA number is issued. If you choose to return the
package without using our label, you are responsible for all return
shipping costs. We will not reimburse shipping costs. Replacement
products are always shipped to the customer via Ground delivery.
All
returned items must be received within 30 days of the original
purchase date, and include all original components and accessories.
We do not make exceptions to this policy. The returned package must
be clearly marked with the RMA number. The RMA number is extremely
important. Packages arriving without a RMA number can not be
processed, and will be discarded.
We
do not offer exchanges for credit toward different products.
Refund
Policy
If
you purchase a product from our web site and decide that you no
longer want it, we can offer you a refund if the following criteria
are met:

The
product must be unopened, and in resalable condition.

The
exterior of the package must be free from damage or markings of any
kind.

We
must receive the returned item within 30 days of the original
purchase date.
If
you return meets the above criteria, send an email to sales@cobra-radardetectors.com and request an RMA number for a
refund. We will reply with the RMA number and information on how to
return your product. The returned package must be clearly marked with
this RMA number. Packages arriving without a RMA number cannot be
processed, and will be discarded.
We
are not responsible for shipping charges of non-defective returned
merchandise.
Upon
our receipt of the product your credit card will credited the amount
of the purchase minus the original shipping cost and a 15% restocking
fee.
If
your product is defective, we will be happy to replace it within 30
days. See our returns and
exchanges policy for more information.
Order
Cancellations Policy
If
you need to cancel an order that you recently placed, send an email
with your order number to sales@cobra-radardetectors.com and
request that your order be cancelled. We can not cancel an order if
it has already been shipped. If you wish to cancel an order that has
already been shipped, you will have to return it for a refund. Our
normal refund policy will apply.
Limited 1-Year Warranty
Cobra
Electronics Corporation warrants that its Cobra
Radar/Laser Detectors,
and the component parts thereof, will be free of defects
in workmanship
and materials for period of one year from the date of first consumer
purchase. This warranty may be enforced by the first
consumer purchaser,
provided that the product is utilized within the U.S.A. Cobra
will, without charge, repair or replace, at its option, defective
Radar/Laser
Detectors, products or component parts upon delivery to the Cobra
Factory Service Department, accompanied by proof of the date of
first consumer
purchase, such as a duplicated copy of a sales receipt. You
must pay any initial shipping charges required to ship the product
for warranty
service, but the return charges will be at Cobra’s expense, if
the product
is repaired or replaced under warranty.
This limited warranty does not apply:
1.
To any product damaged by accident.
2. In the event of
misuse or abuse of the product or as a result
3. If the
serial number has been altered, defaced or removed.
4. If
the owner of the product resides outside the U.S.A.
All
implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and
fitness for a particular purpose are limited in duration to the
length of this warranty. Cobra shall not be liable for any
incidental, consequential or other damages; including, without
limitation, damages resulting from loss of use or cost
of installation.
Some
states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty
last and/or do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental
or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply
to you.
